Labels help you organize tenders on your shortlist and find them quickly. You can use them for statuses, priorities, team members, or any other system that fits your workflow.
Default Labels
TenderWolf comes with a number of pre-configured labels:
- 🔴 High Priority — Tenders requiring urgent attention
- 🟡 To Evaluate — Still to be assessed for relevance
- 🟢 Go — Decided to submit
- ⚪ No-Go — Decided not to submit
- 🔵 Waiting for Info — Additional information needed
You can’t delete these labels, but you can hide them if you don’t want to use them.
Creating Your Own Labels
Create labels that fit your workflow:
- Go to Settings → Labels
- Click on New Label
- Choose a name (e.g., “Partner needed”, “Deadline this week”)
- Choose a color from the color palette
- Click on Save
Examples of Helpful Labels
- By Phase: Analyzing, Writing Quote, Submitted, Waiting
- By Responsible: Sales Team, Tech Team, Management
- By Type: Services, Supplies, Works
- By Region: Belgium, Netherlands, EU
Assigning Labels
To a Single Tender
- Open the tender from your shortlist
- Click on Labels (or the tag icon)
- Select one or more labels
- The label is applied immediately
To Multiple Tenders
- Select multiple items on your shortlist via the checkboxes
- Click on Actions → Assign Labels
- Choose the desired labels
- Click on Apply
Filtering by Labels
Labels become truly powerful when you filter by them:
- Go to your Shortlist
- Click on the filter icon
- Select Labels
- Choose the labels you want to filter by
You can combine multiple labels:
- AND filter — Show only items that have ALL selected labels
- OR filter — Show items that have at least ONE of the selected labels
Editing Labels
- Go to Settings → Labels
- Click on the pencil icon next to the label
- Modify the name or color
- Click on Save
The change is automatically applied to all tenders with this label.
Deleting Labels
- Go to Settings → Labels
- Click on the trash icon
- Confirm the deletion
⚠️ **Note:** When you delete a label, it's also removed from all tenders to which it was assigned.
Shared Labels (Coming Soon)
Team sharing features are in development. Labels can soon be shared with your entire team.
